For Grammar School (K-6th grades) positions, Mrs. Chelsea Abbott (cabbott@providence-academy.com) is the hiring principal.  Core teaching roles are part-time positions with classroom instruction two days per week (on Tuesday and Thursday).

For Upper School (7th-12th grades) positions, Mrs. Michelle Moore (mmoore@providence-academy.com) is the hiring principal.  Core teaching roles are part-time positions with classroom instruction three days per week (on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

As an independent, accredited, college-preparatory school, Providence Academy provides students fundamental instruction in core subjects, plus art, music, K-12th Spanish and Latin, STEM enrichment, and PE, along with competitive athletics, dual-credit college classes, and select enrichment courses.

Accreditation Coordinator

The Accreditation Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation/coordination of the accreditation recertification process serving as the point of contact for the team. The position will work with leadership to ensure proper preparation and hosting of the site visit from Providence Academy’s accreditation institutions.

Administrative Assistant
Upper School
Part-Time

The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk serves as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors to the Logic and Rhetoric Schools. This position supports the daily operations of the Upper Campus by providing administrative assistance, managing communication and logistics, and fostering a welcoming, orderly, and Christ-honoring environment that reflects the mission and values of Providence Academy. This position will begin in March to complete the remaining school year, and then return in July to begin the upcoming school year.

Grammar Classroom Teacher
Grammar School
Part-Time

The Grammar Classroom Teacher will instruct students with learning units and lessons that follow the scope and sequence of the provided curriculum. They will also integrate Biblical Worldview throughout the curriculum so students can develop this worldview to show love to those around them.
