For Grammar School (K-6th grades) positions, Mrs. Chelsea Abbott (cabbott@providence-academy.com) is the hiring principal. Core teaching roles are part-time positions with classroom instruction two days per week (on Tuesday and Thursday).
For Upper School (7th-12th grades) positions, Mrs. Michelle Moore (mmoore@providence-academy.com) is the hiring principal. Core teaching roles are part-time positions with classroom instruction three days per week (on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
As an independent, accredited, college-preparatory school, Providence Academy provides students fundamental instruction in core subjects, plus art, music, K-12th Spanish and Latin, STEM enrichment, and PE, along with competitive athletics, dual-credit college classes, and select enrichment courses.

The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Baseball Program, including internal recruitment, practice and game planning, player development, and team leadership. The coach is expected to build a program that reflects Providence Academy’s mission by cultivating a Christ-centered, competitive culture of integrity, discipline, and excellence. The coach must adhere to AAA rules and regulations as well as policies established by the school and Athletic Department.
The Dean of Spiritual Formation serves as the spiritual shepherd of the student body and a key leader in fostering the spiritual life of the school community. Rooted in the historic Christian faith and informed by the classical tradition, this role exists to cultivate a culture of discipleship, worship, virtue, and theological understanding among students, faculty, and staff. The Dean of Spiritual Formation leads discipleship initiatives, student mentoring, and collaborates with faculty to integrate faith and learning across the curriculum.
Director of Family Life position is for the 2025-26 school year, full-time, in the Grammar School.
The Grammar Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing operational tasks, assisting with student supervision, and ensuring the smooth function of school facilities. This role requires a heart for service, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a Christ-centered community.
